Hotel de Zon processes personal data of customers or suppliers for the following purposes:

- Communication about the assignment and/or invitations.
- Execution or issuance of an assignment.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is:
- The agreed-upon assignment.
For the above purposes, Hotel de Zon may request the following personal data from you:
- Name, address, place of residence, phone number, email address, gender, relevant medical information, bank account number (suppliers).
Your personal data will be stored by Hotel de Zon for the above-mentioned processing purposes for the period:
- During the term of the agreement and afterward, only in the administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Processing of personal data of Newsletter Subscribers
Hotel de Zon processes personal data of newsletter subscribers for the following purpose:
- Informing the person through newsletters.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is:
- The registration form for the Newsletter.
For the above purpose, Hotel de Zon may request the following personal data from you:
- Name, email address.
Your personal data will be stored by Hotel de Zon for the above-mentioned processing purpose for the period:
- During the period of subscription.
Processing of personal data of Prospects, Stakeholder/Lobby Contacts, and/or Interested Parties
Hotel de Zon processes personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts, and/or interested parties for the following purpose:
- Providing information through newsletters and/or targeted contacts.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is:
- Oral consent, exchange of business cards, and/or LinkedIn connection.
For the above purpose, Hotel de Zon may request the following personal data from you:
- Name, address, place of residence, phone number, email address.
Your personal data will be stored by Hotel de Zon for the above-mentioned processing purpose for the period:
- During the period the person is considered a prospect, stakeholder/lobby contact, and/or interested party.
Your personal data will be stored by Hotel de Zon for the above-mentioned processing purpose for the period:
- During the term of the contract and afterward, only in the administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Disclosure to Third Partiesd
We may provide the data you give us to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described above. For example, we use a third party for:
- Providing the internet environment of the GDPR program.
- Administering the data.
- Sending newsletters and invitations.
We never disclose personal data to other parties with whom we have not entered into a data processing agreement. With these parties (processors), we will, of course, make the necessary arrangements to safeguard the security of your personal data.
Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have provided to other parties unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is when the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case, we are obliged to cooperate and therefore required to provide this data.
